Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Winston Hills

Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Winston Hills. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.

The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Winston Hills.

Electoral District Priorities

Our Electorate is home to a diverse and growing community, with long-standing residents, young families, and people from many different backgrounds contributing to its vibrant character. With a higher-than-average proportion of young people and a mix of household types, local organisations play a vital role in supporting connection, participation, and wellbeing. While our community is strong and active, some areas experience social and economic disadvantage, creating an ongoing need for accessible, high-quality community infrastructure.

Priorities for CBP funding in our Electorate include:

  • Infrastructure that strengthens community connection and supports local programs, services, and activities.
  • Upgrades that improve the safety, accessibility, and usability of community spaces for people of all ages and abilities.
  • Projects that encourage active, healthy, and engaged lifestyles, including recreation and outdoor improvements.
  • Enhancements that assist local organisations, volunteers, and service providers to meet the needs of our growing population.
  • Upgrades that support community resilience and respond to changing environmental or social conditions.
