The Entrance - CBP 2026
Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - The Entrance
Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of The Entrance. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.
The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of The Entrance.
Electoral District Priorities
Our electorate has a mix of working families, renters and retirees across coastal and suburban communities which is forecast to continue to grow. Many of those who live in the electorate commute distances to work, and young families enjoy active and healthy lifestyles. Our CBP priorities include:
- Projects that upgrade community infrastructure, which allows for multiple and varied uses.
- Projects that support active and healthy lifestyles, including but not limited to sporting facilities and equipment, learning and play facilities in our schools, walking paths or park upgrades.
- Projects that aim to assist Clubs, including Surf Clubs, community groups and schools with essential maintenance and capital works upgrades.
- Projects, including infrastructure that provide for better learning and recreational activities in our schools and could enable out of school-hours usage of school facilities.
- Purchase of assets that assist with transport, lifesaving and community accessibility.
