This round will open at 9:00AM 20 April 2026 (AEST) for submissions.

Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Terrigal

Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Terrigal. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.

The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Terrigal.

Electoral District Priorities

Our electorate is experiencing strong population growth of young families alongside a steadily ageing community. These trends are increasing demand for high-quality, accessible, and future focused local infrastructure. Projects that upgrade, enhance, or expand existing community infrastructure and facilities so they remain functional, comfortable, and welcoming for residents of all ages and abilities are of need to our community.

We are particularly supportive of projects that:

  • Promote active and healthy lifestyles through improvements to recreational, sporting and open-space facilities
  • Strengthen community connection and social participation in the local community
  • Provide for improved learning and recreational opportunities in the community, including in our local schools
  • Provide long-term community benefit that enhances inclusiveness and vibrancy
  • Upgrade infrastructure to respond to increasing heat and more extreme weather conditions
