Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Rockdale 

Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Rockdale. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.

The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Rockdale. 

Electoral District Priorities 

The priorities of the Rockdale electorate centre on improving local sporting and community facilities, as well as expanding and upgrading our parks, community centres, playgrounds, schools and gardens. There is a strong need for community transport options to support older and disadvantaged residents and those experiencing hardship, ensuring they can stay connected and access essential services.

Creating inclusive, accessible community spaces is also a key focus, allowing people of all ages and abilities to participate fully in local life.

In addition, many community organisations rely on updated infrastructure and modern equipment, making ongoing investment in these areas essential for meeting local needs and strengthening community engagement.
