Northern Tablelands - CBP 2026
Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Northern Tablelands
Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Northern Tablelands. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.
The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Northern Tablelands.
Electoral District Priorities
My electorate is the 3rd largest electorate in NSW and consists of approximately 60,000km2. There are multiple large and small communities spread across the electorate, and it is important that community groups in each of the 7 LGA areas in the electorate receive funding.
Priorities in the electorate for the CBP program are as follows:
- It is important that the program fund community groups across the electorate.
- Upgrades to community infrastructure that allow for the community to benefit from the spending, such as air conditioning, heating, general maintenance and painting.
- Projects to support youth to provide activities for kids outside of school hours such as youth clubs, sporting facilities etc.
- Projects to support elderly residents as the electorate has an ageing population.
- Projects to support sporting clubs and active lifestyles as sport plays a huge role in country towns.
- Projects to support families with children such as improvements to community preschools, junior sporting equipment and facilities
