Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Kellyville

Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Kellyville. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.

The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Kellyville.

Electoral District Priorities

Over the next 20 years, The Hills Shire is expected to see an 88% increase in the number of homes. In the Kellyville electorate alone, around 23,000 new residents will settle between the two Metro stations. This unprecedented level of growth is already putting pressure on our local infrastructure and community facilities. With more than 52% of our population being young families, it is essential that investment keeps pace.

Our priorities for CBP funding are:

  1. Sport and Recreation: Expand/upgrade playing fields, sporting facilities, equipment, cycleways, walking paths, and parks.
  2. Schools: Enhance learning and play facilities in our schools, including upgrades that allow school facilities to be used outside school hours.
  3. Early Childhood: Enhance our before- and after-school care, preschools, and childcare centres.
  4. Places of Worship: Upgrade infrastructure and equipment in places of worship.
  5. Community Spaces: Improve infrastructure and equipment for local clubs, cultural groups, service organisations, and spaces that bring together members of the community, families, males/females, young people, seniors, CALD communities, and people living with a disability.

Projects can include: the purchase of a registered vehicle; built-in or freestanding equipment, sporting equipment etc.
