Gosford - CBP 2026
Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Gosford
Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Gosford. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.
The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Gosford.
Electoral District Priorities
Our Electorate has a fast-growing population, which is forecast to continue rising over the next 20 years.
With a diverse population of young people, families, individuals and seniors there is a need for facilities that support a connected community for all. Community cohesion and engagement are important priorities as we move into the Central Coast’s future.
Priorities for funding through the CBP grant program include:
- Projects that support active and healthy lifestyles. This could include sporting facilities and equipment, cycle and walking paths or park/play space upgrades.
- Infrastructure improvements that support engagement and connectedness for our youth, families and aging populations, including clubs, cultural groups and meeting places.
- Projects that enable community organisations to provide enhanced support to individuals in need.
- Upgrades to community infrastructure that enable multiple and varied uses and is designed to be flexible for different uses.
- Infrastructure upgrades that enhance accessibility to enable all community members to access community services, facilities and activities.
- Upgrades that focus on community safety and support, including infrastructure for community facility upgrades and services that provide community support.
- Projects that will improve community facilities by replacing or upgrading outdated community resources and infrastructure.
- Projects and infrastructure that enable greater community cohesion and connectedness
