The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Drummoyne.
Electoral District Priorities
The Drummoyne electorate is a rapidly growing, diverse and multicultural community that is home to families, elderly residents and young people.
We are a community of faith, inclusion, and strong community values, supported by active volunteer groups, sporting clubs, and organisations that provide essential social connections, cultural and spiritual support and contribute to health and wellbeing.
Priorities for CBP funding include:

- Flexible, multi-use facilities and infrastructure upgrades for community spaces, such as halls, clubhouses, amenities and shared facilities.
- Upgrades to places of worship and faith-based community facilities.
- Sporting infrastructure and active lifestyle projects
- Enhanced learning, play, and recreational facilities in schools, and early childhood settings
- Improved community transport and connectivity
- Projects that enhance community and connection across the electorate
- Projects that support environmental sustainability, as well as responding to increasing heat and climate change
- Projects that improve current community assets, and support community outreach
- A geographic spread of projects across the electorate, to support the needs of various suburbs.
