Community Building Partnership (CBP) 2026 Grant Program - Coogee 

Welcome to the CBP 2026 Program for the Electoral District of Coogee. This program provides an opportunity for local community organisations and councils to strengthen the wellbeing of NSW communities through small local infrastructure projects.

The local Member of Parliament (MP) has prepared the below summary of the electoral district priorities to provide guidance to applicants considering lodging an Expression of Interest (EOI) for 2026 CBP funding in the electoral district of Coogee. 

Electoral District Priorities 

For the 2026 Grant Round of Community Building Partnership, the priorities of the Coogee electorate should be projects that assist with the planned growth in the Eastern Suburbs.

This includes support for school infrastructure, projects that assist community electrification, sustainability or eco-management, as well as amenities that support a diverse and active community, such as sporting groups, projects focused on accessibility of diverse and vulnerable groups, upgrading parks, green spaces and beaches.

Consideration should also be given for supporting initiatives suggested by local councils, who keenly research and develop their own targets and strategies to deliver for the community.
